VPi Inertgas Pneumatic Presses

With a host of upgrade and customization possibilities, the SRAML VPi Inertgas series combines all the advantages of VP pneumatic presses while allowing the pressing process to be completed in a protected environment saturated with nitrogen to prevent oxidation.

Inert atmosphere pressing is highly effective in the prevention of undesired oxidations. In addition, careful air exclusion during the winemaking process enhances flavour and contributes to the production of fresh and vibrant white wines, recognised by varietal character, intense primary aromas and rich flavour.

SRAML INERTIS system provides the ultimate solution for loading, pressing and juice collection in a completely oxygen-free atmosphere to preserve natural antioxidants and delicate aromatic precursors throughout pressing, which is a crucial step in the wine quality turn.

VPi Inertgas Pneumatic Press features include:

  • The INERTIS system establishes inert atmosphere during loading, pressing and juice collection to protect sensitive natural antioxidants and aromatic precursors in grape juice
  • Large touchscreen terminal with
    • A number of preset pressing cycles and personalised options,
    • Graphical display of the pressing procedure and progress,

“ The SRAML press is tailored to my needs and designed to function seamlessly.”

“Pneumatic presses with inert gas enable a constant flow of nitrogen during the pressing process, protecting the wine against oxidation. We are practically neighbours and it was our winery who bought the first SRAML press. It must be an excellent product line to have lasted this long.Samo Premrn, Owner of Pasji rep Wines, Slovenia
