Available in a self-standing or tabletop version, the SRAML PS Eco and Standard line of manual bottle fillers allows the product flow to be adjusted by means of a modulating valve in order to grant a constant control of the flow. With gravity-filling systems, the bottle is filled to the pre-set filling level by a simple fall. The system is designed to treat products with a temperature from ambient up to 90 °C (hot filling).
Before being securely closed and sealed by SRAML CM, TSP-2002 and SA-CX bottle cappers, the bottles need to have caps placed manually. All SRAML capping machines adjust to various cap formats such as twist-off, ROPP or crown caps.
If the product is heated to 90 °C to remove any harmful microorganisms and filled hot, the glass or plastic bottles are ready for the CT cooling tunnel, immediately cooling up to 1000 bottles per hour.
