The capping station, composed of a column and cap grippers, is automatically and continuously fed by the cap distributor. It is equipped with a “no cap” sensor — in case of no container, the head does not release the cap. With cap unscrambler feeds incorporated onto bottle filling lines to orientate and deliver caps to the capping system, the caps are securely fitted to bottles, preventing any product leakage and guaranteeing the product quality.
