Method of operation – T-cap capping:

Caps are loaded in the vibrating hopper – feeder, where are correctly positioned, and distributed through the feeding chute in the closing head, of the capping station. Filled bottles are transported through the capping unit, with the help of a star-wheel, in a smooth step motion. When bottle is under the corking unit, its being lifted to the closing head, with the help of mechanical bottle lifter. When bottle is lifter end centered with the cap, a plunger will push the T-cork in the bottle neck. All the components’ motions are cam operated, allowing repeatability of corking process on all the bottles. Corked bottles transported from the turret with the help of a same star wheel.
