Grape belt elevator
Receiving grapes from boxes, bins or auger-equipped trailers, elevator belts allow quality inspection of grapes and gentle vertical transport of the fruit to a designated processing machine.
Usually placed before the sorting table, destemmer or press, the SRAML GBE range of grape belt elevators efficiently and gently transports the grapes upwards to a designated processing machine, while the drained juice is collected in the tank attached to the conveyor.
SRAML Grape belt elevator features include:
- Designed to convey fresh whole or destemmed grapes and fermented marc
- Available in different sizes and adjustable inclination
- Open structure and tubular heavy-duty frame for ease of cleaning and maintenance

Product specifications

- AISI 304 stainless steel construction
- Quick belt release as standard to allow simple and efficient cleaning
- The belt is made of non-toxic material with 50 mm high ribs positioned approx. every 270 mm.
- Equipped with a juice collection tank (DIN DN50 connection) and supplied with a blind cap.
- Mounted on a trolley with two fixed wheels and two dual-brake swivel casters. The output height is fixed, but it can be adjusted to 3 different levels. The basic output height is set upon request.
- The max. working slope is 45°.
- Supplied with a hopper of 520 × 1000 mm.
- CE-certified electrical box with the START/STOP button and emergency stop push-button
