SRAML electronic volumetric filler with inductive flow-meter technology applied to each valve offers highly accurate and hygienic bottle filling. Each fill position is equipped with a flow meter and two-speed diaphragm valve, which precisely determines the fill-up quantity of every PET or glass bottle; once the correct volume has been detected, the flow sensor signals the valve to close.
Filling is contactless — the bottle does not come into contact with the filling valve, which assures there is no trace of the product on the bottle neck. With a turbulence-free stream, the volumetric system provides a smooth filling process, which is gentle on the product, and no spraying on the bottle. The cleaning process is performed in a closed system using CIP cups which results in superior hygiene to comply with the highest food and beverage industry standards.

Method of operation:
The bottle is transported to the filling position in the fillers turret with the help of a star wheel. The filling position consist inductive flow meter, two speed diaphragm valve and no drip nozzle. When bottle is on filling position the diaphragm valve will open and product will start purring in the bottle, in gentle turbulence-free stream. Filler is equipped with “no-bottle no-fill system”, which will prevent filling, if no bottle is detected on the filling position. Filled volume is measured with the inductive flowmeter. After desired volume is filled, the purring process is completed, and the diaphragm valve will close. Filled bottles are transported from the turret with the help of a star wheel.
