Destemmer and crusher are essential components of winery equipment, their primary function being to remove the grape berries from the stems and release the juice and pulp from  Grape berry.

The new line of SRAML destemmers is the result of research and development in collaboration with winemakers to provide you with numerous benefits: destemming shaft with soft rubber tips, adjustable rotation speed of the cage and destemming shaft, a large receiving hopper, and height-adjustable support legs. The polyethylene cage is a new feature allowing thorough and gentle separation of berries from stems without damaging the seeds or skin.

The winemaker can adapt the destemmer according to the physiological characteristics of the grapes by adjusting the rotation speed and using different hole sizes of baskets, ensuring thorough separation of the berries without damaging the grapes or breaking the stems.

Depending on your requirements, you can choose from a variety of destemmer models within our equipment range. All destemmers can be upgraded to include an inline sliding crusher.  

SRAML D-C-type Destemmer

• Suitable for small-scale winemakers and receiving grapes from crates where nothing but quality matters.
• Polyethylene cage
• Destemming shaft with soft rubber tips
• Superior-quality baskets with different hole sizes as per your requirements
• Hand-polished receiving hopper to prevent grapes from sticking to the surface
• Adjustable rotation speed of the cage and destemming shaft (inverter-controlled speed)
• Different operating capacities (7, 10, 15 and 25 t/h)

SRAML DS-C-type Destemmer

• Suitable for the reception of grapes from the sorting belt conveyor or grape transport trailers
• Receiving hopper with a dosing auger to ensure uniform grape addition
• Variable speed feeding auger
• Polyethylene cage
• Destemming shaft with soft rubber tips
• Hand-polished receiving hopper to prevent grapes from sticking to the surface
• Adjustable speed of cage and destemming shaft rotation (inverter-controlled speed)
• Different operating capacities (7, 10, 15 and 25 t/h)

• Suitable for the reception of grapes from large-capacity containers or other devices
• Larger receiving hopper to prevent grapes from being scattered
• Variable speed feeding auger
