Destemming grapes at a winemaker
The polyethylene cage is one of the key features of the new line. It allows thorough yet delicate separation of berries from stems without damaging skins or seeds, helping preserve grape quality throughout the process.
Winemakers can adapt the destemmer to different grape varieties and ripeness levels by adjusting the rotation speed and selecting baskets with different hole sizes. This ensures efficient destemming while minimizing damage to the berries and avoiding stem breakage.
