Sorting belt conveyors

The SRAML sorting conveyor enables a most gentle, smooth transport while allowing for visual inspection so that the poor-quality harvest can be easily sorted out before further processing.

SRAML BT sorting belt conveyor is ideal for the inspection of whole or destemmed grapes harvested either manually or mechanically. Our sorting conveyors feature variable speed food-grade PVC conveyor belt, longitudinal straps for waste separation running the length of the conveyor and support legs on swivel casters for easy manoeuvring.

Product specifications

Transportation is accomplished by a motor drive PVC belt
Completely washable sorting belt conveyor, supplied with a scraper for thorough internal cleaning of the belt
Speed regulation by means of a mechanical variator on the gearbox
CE-certified electrical box with the START/STOP button and emergency stop push-button
