Project description and objectives
The project envisages a comprehensive transition to smart manufacturing based on the introduction of advanced digital tools, integrated information systems, and data-driven decision-making models. At the forefront is the establishment of a unified, centralized platform that enables the collection, processing, and analysis of data in real time, thereby significantly improving transparency over production and business processes.
A key part of the project is the development of an advanced web configurator that enables interactive product configuration and is directly connected to the CRM and ERP systems. This ensures automated data transfer between sales, development, production, and logistics, reducing the possibility of errors, shortening order processing times, and improving user experience and traceability.
The project also includes the upgrade of the IoT and MES system for monitoring key production indicators such as OEE, scrap, downtime, energy consumption, and material efficiency. The collection and analysis of these data in real time enable ongoing process optimization, better use of resources, and reduced losses.
