The MT magnetic cap elevator sorter feeder provides a most steady and reliable supply of metallic twist-off caps to the bottling line. The magnetic belt collects and transports the caps from the accumulation hopper through the sorting unit and into the top exit chute. The sorting unit eliminates wrongly placed caps from the magnetic belt and takes them back to the hopper by means of air jets, making sure that every single cap that comes from the elevator is placed correctly. Equipped with sensors to control the position of the caps, the cap elevator discharge chute will automatically stop and start the machine in case anything goes wrong.
