Line stoppages can happen in any production line operation due to either momentary product blockage or machine adjustment such as in the case of changing a label roll or other packing material. The SRAML inline accumulation tables store bottles until normal production flow is re-established. When the blockage is cleared, stored products are automatically fed back onto the primary line at proper speed.
SRAML accumulation tables are ideal for handling bottles, cans, and plastic containers. Typically, the tables are installed between fillers, pasteurizers and labellers as well as between packaging equipment such as case packers, cleaners, and uncasers.
