Available in single-head or double-head execution, the ABB is designed for producers who need higher efficiency, repeatable filling accuracy, and a simple operator workflow. Once the bag is placed in position and the cycle is started, the machine automatically performs the full sequence: bag opening, pre-vacuum, filling, optional nitrogen dosing, and closing. All key parameters are adjustable, giving the operator full control over the process while keeping daily work fast and consistent.
Semi-automatic Bag-in-Boxfiller
The RBB is a practical solution for producers who want reliable filling with straightforward operator control. The operator places the bag in position and opens it manually with the handle, after which the machine automatically starts the filling process, including pre-vacuum and product filling, with the option of nitrogen injection. The bag is then closed manually, combining process simplicity with dependable filling performance.
