About the Company

Based in Brezje, VIPI is known as a family-run beverage producer offering a broad range of products as well as filling and packaging services. Over the years, the company has built its business on continuity, technical knowledge, and the ability to adapt to changing market needs. Today, VIPI combines its own beverage production with contract filling capabilities, supporting both product development and efficient packaging operations.

Their Challenge

Before choosing a SRAML filling line, VIPI was limited to filling glass and plastic packaging only. As their needs evolved, they began searching for a solution that would allow them to expand into canning and give them greater flexibility in production. For the team, it was important to choose a filling line that was robust, well built, and easy to use — but also one that could be developed in close cooperation with the manufacturer based on real production needs.

Our Solution

VIPI chose a SRAML canning filling line designed to support efficient, reliable, and operator-friendly production. Because the VIPI team has strong technical knowledge, they were able to carry out test runs themselves and work directly with SRAML on the details that would make filling easier and more effective in practice.

The installed line includes a feeding table for cans, rinser, filler, seamer, checkweigher, tunnel pasteurizer, and labeler. With a capacity of 3,000 cans per hour, the solution gave VIPI the complete canning setup they needed to expand their packaging capabilities and improve daily operations.

Key Benefits

For VIPI, one of the biggest changes after introducing the SRAML filling line was a significant reduction in manpower requirements. At the same time, operators appreciated the stability of the machine, as the line runs smoothly and consistently once it is set correctly.

A particularly important advantage for the company is the combination of the can filler and tunnel pasteurizer, which enabled VIPI to begin filling products without preservatives. This opened new production possibilities while maintaining the reliability and speed required in a demanding filling environment.

VIPI also highlights the cooperation with SRAML as a major strength. The ability to discuss needs openly and develop the right solution together made the project more than a standard equipment purchase — it became a true partnership. Their satisfaction with the result is also reflected in the fact that they have already placed an order for another filling line for glass bottles to increase capacity.

“We are very satisfied working with SRAML. You can talk, and then you can develop together what you need.”
